Glenell D. Aucoin, CEO and President, is the woman behind the creation of Software Technology Application Resources Consultants, Inc. "STAR". She lives by the motto from Maya Angelou, "Shoot for the moon and if you miss you will land among the stars".
Glenell brings over 16 years of consulting experience in information technology. She is a true road runner providing solutions to a client list across the United States with innovated solutions in numerous industries and diverse clientele. She understands the importance of clean data, reduction of data redundancy and integrated systems. There is always improvement in systems and business processes by utilizing cutting edge information technology. Time is money and both should be maximized at all time. She does not like wasting hers and won't allow her consultants to waste theirs or yours.
Glenell understands that you learn "how to do" by actual doing it. Starting her career as a programmer and molding herself into the CEO of STAR was not an easy task to accomplish. With is valuable growth process, Glenell is able to identify with other business owners, project leaders and supporting personnel to assist in accomplishing each task and goal. She understands the business life cycle process.
Glenell holds and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Dillard University New Orleans. In 1989, she won an award in the U.S. Black Engineer Magazine as being a successful business owner under the age of 30.
Over the years, Glenell has learned to work hard for clients but also to take time to smell the roses and enjoy the sun. Her success comes from the God she serves which makes any and all things possible on her road to the stars using STAR Consultants, Inc. to help others achieve their goals and visions.
